I love custom orders & receive them often. Custom orders have to be paid in full before I will begin creating them. Most customer orders require items that I don't have in stock so I have to either order them or shop for them, which is why I require payment up front. I will send you pictures throughout the process so ensure the item is what you are wanting.
When hanging your wreath outside, I recommend hanging it on a door that is covered by an awning and is not facing direct sunlight all day. This will protect them from the elements.
I do not offer gift wrapping because my boxes are large, but I will gladly add a card with a written message that you would like me to add. I can ship the item directly to the person you are wanting to gift it to, just please make sure you add the correct address when purchasing.
Cancellations: I will only cancel your order within the first 12 hours of purchase. My turn around time from ordering to shipping is quick on most items, which is why I only accept cancellations in the first 12 hours. I also order supplies for orders, so after 12 hours I have already invested money into your item. Thank you for your understanding.
I do not accept returns on my items unless they are damaged during shipping, due to the made to order process. In the case that they are damaged I require multiple pictures sent of the damage so that a claim can be filed with the shipping company for insurance. The item must be shipped back to me before I will give a refund. *****Please note that the shipping company I use takes pictures of damaged boxes when delivering them, but they still require me to send pictures as well to file the claim.
